Sahih al-Bukhari 6307

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

I seek forgiveness from Allah, the One whom there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining, and I repent to Him.
